Shape/style

I’ve requested a replacement due to some imperfections. Although it was quickly exchanged, the style of the hat was different from the original one that was sent. The crown was much bigger and requested an exchange for the previous style. But never got a response. I think the quality of the hats and the workmanship is nice. I just don’t like that. It’s a different Stop from the original one that I had gotten. I almost wish I would’ve just kept that one because I don’t know if I’ll be wearing this regardless of how much I paid for it. The crown is just too high, wide/big & bulky & not like the original one. I also feel the sizing is off based on my measurements I feel I should’ve gone with a small/med & not med/lg. That may have a lot to do with the way it sits on my head because I feel it runs big. Again, the quality, the shipping, and I think the price is great. I just do not care for the style I got the 2nd time around (replacement)
