Refund policy
We offer returns and exchanges (as long as items are in stock) on our hats & accessories
- Hats must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery (Ex: if the hat is delivered June 14th, the hat must be dropped off in the mail by June 28th)
- To initiate a return, please log in to your customer account
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Please place hats back in the original box that it was shipped in to return; this ensures the hats will not be damaged as we use extra-strength boxes to mail our hats in

- All hats on sale or included in our FLASH sales cannot be returned and are final sale.
- All shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE; INCLUDING THE $50 AND $100 RUSH ORDER FEE
