FAQs
Does Rhinestone Cowgirl have a retail store?
We currently do not have a retail store location in Nashville but is something we are working towards! We do have some of our hats currently featured at 2 locations in Nashville for photoshoots:
SVM Boutique Downtown Nashville 405 11th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203
The Nashville Pinky House – bookings are available through their Instagram @nashvillepinky
I’m not sure of my size? I’ve never owned a cowgirl hat before?
Our white hats are a great option as they are a one size fits all and have a strechy band on the inside. Foam pieces are sent along with each hat that can be placed behind the hat band to make more snug.
Our black, pink and sand hats feature two sizes – S/M and L/XL. Use a soft tape measure to measure around your head where you would wear the hat. We suggest ordering a size S/M if you wear a size 7 1/8 or smaller (around 22 ¼ inches circumference). If you have a local Bootbarn or western store nearby, you can always pop in there to try on hats and see what size fits you best!
Where are the Rhinestone Cowgirl hats made?
All of our hats are made by hand in Goodlettsville, TN, which is about 20 minutes north of Nashville. Home to legends like Garth Brooks and Johnny Cash.
Do you offer local pickup?
Unfortunately with the volume of hats we are making and the time it takes to make them, we do not currently have time or capability to offer local pickup. Most of our shipping is done via UPS and arrives within 2 business days once shipped.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
If you notice you have made an error in your order regarding size, color or your shipping address, please email us immediately at help@shoprhinestonecowgirl.com and put your order number along with “urgent” in the subject line. We will do our best to make the changes that need to be made but cannot guarantee all products are in stock, etc.
Will the rhinestones fall off? Can I shape my hat after receiving it?
The rhinestones should not fall off of the hat and are secured on there very well. We shape all hats before rhinestoning them and shipping them, but if after wearing your hat you want to reshape it, we recommend shaping the hat by bending the brim and NOT pulling on the rhinestone trim on the edges. We also recommend NOT USING a steamer as the steam can cause discoloration on the rhinestones. The hat is flexible enough that you are able to shape it without a steamer.
How should I care for my hat?
We recommend keeping your hat in the dust bag that comes along with it and by either hanging it on the wall with a cowboy hat holder or laying it on a shelf. We advise not exposing your hat to extremely cold weather as it can cause the glue on the rhinestones to shrink and pull apart. We also suggest not laying your hat on blankets, sweaters or any fur materials, as the rhinestones can pick up fibers…no one wants a hairy hat!
Extra care?
We do our best to make sure all rhinestones are in tack and secured properly. Over time, and depending on proper care for your hat, if the trim or hat band seems to come apart, we suggest superglue or a hot glue gun to secure back together.
I don't see the color and size of the hat I want?
Unfortunately we are still dealing with supply issues from the pandemic - our website reflects hat color and sizes that we are currently able to get it. We are doing our best to have all colors and sizes in stock at all times, but please know that sometimes this will not be viable and we are working on getting restocked!
