Shipping policy

We ship packages Monday-Friday via UPS and USPS depending on your delivery address.

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We do ship worldwide but taxes/fees/duties are the responsibility of the customer and to the country they live in. 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:

Rhinestone Cowgirl is not liable for USPS/UPS packages that are lost or stolen. If your package is lost or stolen, you can file a claim with USPS or UPS.  Once it has left our facility, it is the customer's responsibility to track the package and submit a claim if need be.
