Beautifully crafted hat! I ordered a large and i should have ordered a medium. I literally ordered the black version in a medium.
Ordered a hat, custom size in an XS and it did not fit . Had to exchange the size. They got it out to me really quick no questions asked. And exchanged it for a small. Great customer service. And the hat was perfect
Received with a slight discrepancy with hat band in wrong color. Seller was very quick to resolve. The hat is absolutely beautiful and ready for the University of the Ozarks volleyball media day! Would definitely recommend. You won’t be disappointed!
I wore my head to the Cowboy Carter concert and the amount of attention that this hat attracted was out of this world! I paid a little extra for the express shipping and it was there in two days. I was a little nervous about it, but I emailed to ask questions about the two day shipping, because of the style of the hat they responded really fast. I'm actually shopping right now for my second one.
