Although I did have to originally send it back customer care took great care of me and sent me back a beautiful hat completely satisfied at this point can't wait to order my next one

Recently ordered a custom anaheim ducks hat and i am not disappointed!!! The hat is even prettier in person!!!! . I had a friend of mine iron on the logo and bling it out . Now I am ready for my girls trip to California!! GODUCKSGO!

I just wanted to write a quick note saying how amazed I am at the customer service. I was trying to get one of the specific green hats that wasn’t on the website but was going to the NFR. Long story short-I panicked (thinking id miss the Black Friday sale) and bought a different hat thinking I was SOL for the green one. The owner came back and let me know she’d switch the hats for me since she knew it was my first choice. Not only that, but I got the hat right before Christmas. This company was working their butts off at the NFR and still found the time to get me the product in a timely manner. Bonus: the quality is top notch! You have a customer for life. I was very impressed with the quality of the OU hat. I received the hat in a timely manner (which was awesome)! However, as great as all of that is, it does not compare to how my hottie wife, absolutely loves the hat!!!
