Since hats are hand done and made to order, these can not be returned. Please double check your sizing. These are exact sized hats. Please see size chart in photos.

Care instructions
- Keep hats in a dry, secure place
- Keep your hat in the pink silk dust bag to keep it protected when not wearing
- Use a hat cleaning sponge to remove any dirt or debris for straw, suede or felt hats
- Do not wear hats in the rain
- Only use steam on the hats where there are NO rhinestones; DO NOT put steam directly on rhinestones
- For suede or felt hats, we recommend shaping the brims with your hands by slowing bending until you get the shape you desire
- For straw hats that do not have rhinestones on top, we recommend using a little steam to make the hats more flexible if wanting to shape. If straw hats have rhinestones on the top brim, we recommend using your hands to slowly shape the hats
What do I come with?
- Every order comes with foam inserts to help reduce the hat size or to ensure a more snug fit
- A pink dust bag cover for extra protection for your hat
- Every hat is shipped in a double wall corrugated strength box with bubble wrap and paper packaging
Turn-around time and shipping
Our hats are typically on a 2-3 week turn-around time. With the volume of hats we are making, events, custom orders, etc., we recommend ordering 3 weeks before your event. We offer a rush option for a $100 fee that moves your order to the top of our list. We will then ship your hat within two business days of receiving your order and will use UPS 2-day shipping to get it to you.
Sometimes we are able to get you your hat quicker than the 2-3 week turn around time, but if you need it faster than that, we recommend you add the rush option at checkout.
Additional information
Every hat is made-to-order in Nashville, TN. When you place your order, we grab a hat and rhinestones from the shelf and lovingly craft your hat by hand. Then we fulfill and ship the order to you. Because every order is made-to-order, turn around times vary. Spring and summer are our extremely busy months, with the fall and winter slowing down a little bit.
